Jack is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida. Jack has been an active civil engineer in southwest Florida for over 30 years and has a first hand knowledge of what design professionals, real estate professionals and contractors are looking for when performing site reconnaissance, for land development projects.

Jack is also a holder of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and is a Certified Flight Instructor for Single and Multi-engine Airplanes and Instruments. He has logged over 12,000 hours of flight time.
